5. a page will be displayed, asking you to select your way of payment as shown below,

6. when you have selected your way of payment, a page will appear asking you of your card details as shown below
   
   Note: you are recommended to select visa card or mastercard as option in no 5 above, i guest this page is self explanatory, so just fill in the spaces and click on the submit tab as shown above, so there you have it, your page will be promoted on facebook
